this taste great but I use it to increase daily water consumption so I dilute it way beyond the recommended...flavors the water, extra energy, vitamins and increase water consumption....all good!

FRS Healthy Energy Liquid, low cal orange concentrate is good stuff. It tastes good, and I note a good energy boost by using it. There are other flavors that I have tried that I would not recommend, but the orange is good. The product is not loaded with sugar or caffine, but has healthy food stuffs. I don't know what it will do for you, but I suggest it is worth a try.

We drink FRS on a daily basis so I went online and researched prices for it. Amazon is a good deal with the Subscribe and Save program. FRS works much better than any other energy drink on the market. I have been using it for about a month now and have really noticed a big difference in my performance in practice(I play football) as well as my alertness in school and other activities. It doesn't give you a HUGE energy boost that you would expect from other drinks, but it gives you a steady long lasting energy that is much better. I would definitely recommend this product.
