This sage smudge stick bundle is hand-made with Great Basin Desert Sage, Artemisia, tridenta, from Utah. Desert Sage is known for its powerful aromatic features.
Smudging is a blessing ritual used for many purposes. Light the smudge stick, then blow across the stick to keep it glowing. Once the stick is smoking, pass the bundle over whatever needs cleansing or pass the item through the smoke. If the smudge stick does not stay lit, light a beeswax candle in a fireproof holder and keep the candle nearby to relight the smudge stick when needed. The smudge stick can also be used like incense.
